MIDNIGHT DINNER AT CHOW CITY

CHOW CITY
THE WALK, IT PARK, LAHUG CEBU CITY
CAMERA: NIKITA, A NIKON P310
PRICE RANGE: P55+

Yes, another midnight dinner. We have this habit of chowing past midnight after work. We know it is unhealthy, but we cannot stop the gluttons in us.

So we IT-Parked again and scouted the Walk for reasonably priced restaurant, we ended up at Chow City. Its name rang a bell, and I remembered later that it only differs a vowel with Choi City—an authentic Chinese restaurant at Banilad Town Center.

Unlike Choi City's, the food at Chow City is catered for the working-at-IT-Park kind of working class.  Authenticity comes with a price. :)

When I asked the waiter if Chow is pure Chinese, he said they are a fusion of Asian food. Regardless, it is a fusion or not, we devoured our food, and even ordered another bowl of fried rice.

SPRING ROLLS. It is quite cheap compared to other restaurant's.

FRIED RICE. For a rice person like me, this translates to heaven.

ASADO RICE.

LIGHT. Because I, we are always drawn to the light.
RED. Because red is Chinese. Bloody red.
MIDNIGHT EATERS. Yes, the pretty us.
